This series fusion welding machines, including BRHD-1200 and BRDH-1600, are 380V welding machine, it is a plastic welding equipment, used for the welding job of big plastic pipe that the diameter may more than 1200mm from 1600mm. And the clamp flip is driven by hydraulic pressure.

Equipment characteristics of automatic pipe welding machines
1. Apply to the pipe working job on site, for connecting PE/PP/PVDF/HDPE pipes. Also can be used to make pipe fittings in the workshop. Hydraulic driven clamp flip.
2. Composed of frame rack, milling cutter, heat plate, bracket and hydraulic station.
3. Use the precision temperature control system to control the temperature of the heating plate, and which is coated with PTFE.
4. The rack is made of aluminum alloy for the light structure design.
5. Handcart hydraulic station for convenient operation.

Application: The butt fusion welding machinery can be used for welding pipes which are made of HDPE,PP,PP-R,PVDF materials and etc. BRDH-1200 series is used for the pipe which diameter is from 800mm to 1200mm. And the BRDH-1600 is for the pipe from 1200mm to 1600mm. These fusion welding machinery are applied to the job site, and also can be used to make pipe fittings in the workshop.
